
The Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, has fined Vamsi Anirudh Krishna Dhaduvai ₹3.86 lakh for holding two Director Identification Numbers (DINs), violating Section 155 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Mr. Dhaduvai, having inadvertently obtained a second DIN and served as a director in another company, voluntarily surrendered the duplicate DIN and sought adjudication.
The default spanned 672 days, for which the Adjudicating Officer imposed a total penalty of Rs. 3,86,000.
He must pay the penalty within 90 days, submit Form INC-28 with payment proof, and may appeal within 60 days. Failure to comply would invite further action under Section 454(8).
