Karisma Kapoor’s Children Challenge Asset Distribution, Allege Unfair Share in Delhi High Court

Karisma Kapoor’s children have told the Delhi High Court that their stepmother, Priya Kapur, behaved like Cinderella’s stepmother in the dispute over their late father’s assets.

They alleged that soon after his death, Priya Kapur rushed to take control of his properties. She and her minor son reportedly hold nearly 75% of the estate, leaving Karisma Kapoor’s children with only about 26%.

Their counsel further argued that Priya Kapur’s public disclosure of their inheritance, amounting to around ₹2,000 crore, has put the children at risk, making them easy targets for kidnappers.
