Pune Court Issues Summons to Arshad Warsi, Director, and Producer Over Jolly LLB 3

A Pune civil court has issued summons to actor Arshad Warsi, director Subhash Kapoor, and producer Arun Bhatia on a plea seeking to restrain the release of the upcoming film Jolly LLB 3.

The petition, filed by Advocate Wajed Rahim Khan under the Specific Relief Act, alleges that the film’s teaser, released on August 12, insults the legal profession by misusing advocates’ attire and tarnishing the image of lawyers and the judiciary.

The plea seeks an injunction against the film’s September 19 release, claiming such portrayals disturb societal peace. The matter is listed for hearing on October 28.
