The Pardhan faced up preliminary inquiry, which revealed excess payment and financial irregularities justifying the suspension and charge sheet.

The court found no merit in the petitioner's claims, including a lack of misconduct, and dismissed the writ petition to uphold the government's action of issuing an order on holiday, valid.
