Delhi High Court Set Aside Injunction Order on ‘FoxMandal’ Trademark Use After Parties Agree to Withdraw

The Delhi High Court set aside a previous order restraining Fox Mandal & Associates from using the 'FoxMandal' trademark.

This followed a mutual agreement between the parties to withdraw the ex parte injunction.

The original suit was filed by Somabrata Mandal of Fox Mandal & Co, asserting trademark rights registered in 2002 and alleging misuse by his brothers operating Fox Mandal & Associates. 

The Court directed both sides to file their replies before the commercial court by June 5. The matter is scheduled for the next hearing on June 6.
