Rohini Court Bar Association Bans White Shirt–Black Pant Attire for Non-Lawyer

The Rohini Court Bar Association (RCBA) has issued a notice prohibiting the general public, clerks, and litigants from wearing white shirts and black pants within court premises.

The move comes in response to multiple complaints about touts posing as advocates or clerks to mislead and defraud unsuspecting litigants.

Notably, similar steps have been taken by other bar associations, including the J&K High Court Bar Association, the Gurgaon Bar Association, as legal bodies across the country move to safeguard the integrity of court premises and protect litigants from deception.
