
The SC allowed the Commision of Air Quality Management (CAQM) to shift to Stage II of GRAP from Stage IV as the Air Quality Index improves in Delhi. Suggesting CAQM to include some measures from Stage III GRAP until AQI gets better in Delhi-NCR.
The court also directed not to go below Stage II and to impose Stage III or IV when the AQI crosses 350 or 400.
