The Supreme Court has directed all High Courts to submit details on the dates of judgment pronouncements and when they were uploaded online.
The order came during a plea by Marion Biotech, which raised concerns over delays by the Allahabad High Court in delivering a reserved verdict on the cancellation of its manufacturing license. The license was revoked after allegations linking the company’s product to 18 child deaths in Uzbekistan.
The court also noted earlier directions from May 5 requiring High Courts to report cases where judgments were reserved before January 31, 2025, but not yet pronounced.
The next hearing is on July 21.
