The Supreme Court on April 30 stayed the Delhi High Court’s order directing a revised CLAT-UG 2025 merit list and bonus marks to those who attempted sets B, C, or D. But students with Set A (which had no errors) were given no benefit at all.
The present plea has been filed by a candidate who attempted Set A and secured AIR 22, citing unfair disadvantage.
A bench issued a notice on the petition and listed the matter for hearing on Monday.
The Consortium has been directed to notify the public about the pending challenge on its official website. The exam was held on December 1, 2024.
