Supreme Court Transfers All Pending CLAT UG 2025 Cases to Delhi High Court

  • Case Name: Consortium of NLUs v. Master Aditya Singh, Minor
  • Judge(s): (CJI) Sanjiv Khanna, J.PV Sanjay & KV Viswanathan
  • Advocate(s): Solicitor General Tushar Mehta and others

The Supreme Court has transferred all CLAT UG 2025 result-related cases from various High Courts to the Delhi High Court to ensure consistency in judicial decisions.

The Court directed all High Court registrars to submit case papers within 7 days, listing the matter for March 3 in the Delhi HC for a unified resolution.

The issue arose after a Delhi HC ruling identified errors in two CLAT UG questions, leading to appeals from both the NLU Consortium and the petitioner seeking further corrections.

Meanwhile, CLAT PG results are also facing legal scrutiny in the Madhya Pradesh and Bombay High Courts over alleged inaccuracies.
