SEBI Orders Baap of Chart to Refund ₹17 Crore

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) ordered Baap of Chart (financial advisory run by Mohammad Nasiruddin Ansari, who claims to be a stock market expert on social media) to return ₹17 crore to its subscribers. 

SEBI accuses Baap of Chart (BoC) of misleading investors with false stock tips. The key issue is whether the company engaged in fraud, harming investors.

SEBI claims that the BoC violated securities laws, making it necessary to refund the money to protect investors.

BoC is under investigation and must follow SEBI's order to refund the money to its subscribers.
