SEBI Raids Gujarat IPS Officer's Residence in Sadhna Broadcast Case

SEBI searched the residence of IPS officer Ravindra Patel in Rodra village, Gujarat, as part of its probe into financial irregularities in the Sadhna Broadcast case.

The case involves stock manipulation, where YouTube creators allegedly promoted shares with misleading claims. SEBI had earlier issued a show-cause notice to Patel and others for fraudulent trading.

Patel's relatives' homes in Galodia and his Vadodara residence were also searched. This marks the first SEBI raid on an IPS officer in Gujarat. The investigation may expand based on findings from the search operations.
