SEBI simplifies registration process for Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs)

On November 12, 2024, SEBI introduced a simpler process for registering Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs).

The goal is to make it easier for FPIs to register and avoid repeating information already available.

The changes will come into force after three months from the date of this circular.
