Bastion Bandra is co-owned by actress Shilpa Shetty and restaurateur Ranjit Bindra. It has been known for its seafood dominance since its inception in 2016.

The complainant alleges financial fraud and breach of trust in their business dealings. While Shetty has not publicly addressed the closure, sources cite operational challenges and legal pressures.
