The Supreme Court has adjourned the hearing on a plea challenging the Delhi High Court’s order directing a revised CLAT 2025 UG merit list due to errors in question Sets B, C, and D.
The petitioner, who attempted Set A and ranked AIR 22, argued that the decision unfairly benefited candidates who attempted Sets B, C, and D. Accordingly, the Supreme Court had earlier stayed the High Court’s order.
Today, the bench was informed that another Special Leave Petition on the same issue has been filed.
Now, the matter is listed for hearing on May 7, 2025.
