Actor Sreenath Bhasi Withdraws Anticipatory Bail Plea in Hybrid Ganja Case Before Kerala High Court

Malayalam actor Sreenath Bhasi moved the Kerala High Court for seeking anticipatory bail after being named in a drug case by a woman who was arrested with ₹2 crore worth of hybrid ganja.

She alleged Bhasi was one of her customers, citing WhatsApp chats as evidence. Bhasi denied purchasing drugs, claiming limited contact with her after meeting at a film set in 2024 and that the chats were misinterpreted

However, during the hearing, Bhasi's counsel informed the Court of his decision to withdraw the plea. The Court disposed of the matter accordingly.
