The Supreme Court while denying bail to the juvenile observed the juvenile to be a repeated offender and remarked one cannot escape the clutches of law on grounds of his age.
The Court noted the fact minor has four identical cases already, he is on bail in three cases, stating He is incorrigible!
The court observed these are serious offenses and every time such persons get away in the name of juveniles, to further let him understand the repercussions of his actions.
The court directed the trial court to complete the trial in four months and if needed to conduct it on a day-to-day basis.
