Supreme Court Announces Summer Vacation Bench Schedule for 2025

The Supreme Court will observe "partial Court working days" during the summer break from May 26 to July 14, 2025. Three vacation benches will operate weekly.

The Registry will remain functional on all working days, except weekends and holidays, with July 12 as an exception.

Miscellaneous matters will be listed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, while regular hearings and urgent matters will be scheduled for Wednesdays and Thursdays. Bail matters will be heard during this period. Hybrid hearings are permitted.

The schedule is in accordance with Article 145 of the Constitution and Order VI of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013.
