  • Case Name: Anupam Mittal vs. State of Telangana & Anr

The Supreme Court has stayed criminal proceedings against Shaadi.com founder Anupam Mittal, who was accused in a cheating case after a woman alleged she was defrauded by a man she met on the platform.

The man reportedly took over ₹10 lakh and later threatened her. Mittal, who was not initially named, was added during the investigation.
