Supreme Court Issues Alert about Phishing Scam via Fake Website

The Supreme Court of India has warned the public about a phishing scam involving a counterfeit website that mimics its official site. This scam seeks to deceive users into providing personal and confidential information.

The court made it clear that it does not ask individuals for personal, financial, or sensitive information and urged everyone to refrain from clicking on or sharing dubious links. Always confirm links before clicking. 

The legitimate domain of the Supreme Court is www.sci.gov.in.

Law enforcement agencies have been notified, and an investigation is currently in progress.
