Supreme Court: 'Maintain Decency' Allows Ranveer Allahbadia to Resume His Podcast Show

The Supreme Court allowed YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, a.k.a BeerBiceps, to resume airing his podcast, The Ranveer Show, provided he ensures that it does not breach general standards of morality and decency that any age group can watch.

Judge Surya Kant noted the show’s resumption was important for the 280 employees dependent on it.

However, Allahabadia was barred from airing content that could influence the merits of the ongoing case. This decision followed an earlier order for him to stop airing shows as a condition for his interim protection from arrest.

During the last hearing of the matter, the Supreme Court examined the regulation of Obscene Content.
