The CBI has challenged the Jammu court order asking separatist leader Yasin Malik to appear in person.
The Supreme Court (SC) proposed that Yasin Malik’s cross-examination to take place inside Tihar jail citing security concerns.
The SC remarked that even Ajmal Kasab, the 26/11 attacker was given a fair trial.
The court observed that we have to ensure that justice is not only done but also seen to be done, even in cases involving grave allegations.
