What is a blanket injunction?

A blanket injunction is a court order that is broad and general in scope, prohibiting a party from engaging in a wide range of actions without specifying each one.

Unlike a narrowly tailored injunction that addresses particular acts, a blanket injunction covers multiple or unspecified activities, often to prevent misuse, harassment, or repeated violations.
