EOW Filed a Case Against FIIT JEE for False Advertising, Overstating Success Rates

The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police has filed a case against FIIT JEE Ltd for not providing the promised services and suddenly closing down in January 2024.

The case focuses on FIIT JEE’s East Delhi Laxmi Nagar center and is based on 192 complaints from students and parents.

The complaints accuse the institute of false advertising, overstating success rates, and using misleading marketing tactics.

A case has been filed under IPC Sections 406, 420, 120-B, and 34 against FIIT JEE Ltd, its Managing Director Dinesh Kumar Goel, and other officials for criminal breach of trust, cheating, and conspiracy.
