The Delhi High Court has reserved its verdict on petitions challenging the CLAT PG 2025 answer key and the ₹1,000-per-question objection fee.
A division bench criticized the fee as "prohibitory," noting it could equate to a month's income for some candidates.
Petitioners argued that the fee, coupled with the ₹4,000 registration cost, is exploitative, especially given the one-day window for objections.
The Consortium of NLUs defended the fee as a deterrent to frivolous objections and later withdrew four contested questions. The Court's decision is pending, with the next hearing scheduled for July.
