
Following the overnight protests at National Law School of India University over issues including water shortages in hostels, bunk-bed allocations, campus safety, and lack of student consultation in administrative decisions, Vice-Chancellor Sudhir Krishnaswamy assured students that the administration would provide a detailed written response to all 18 concerns raised during the protest and open house discussions by May 20.
The university stated that certain immediate concerns, including water supply management and security measures, were already being addressed, while responses regarding mental health support and other policy-related grievances would follow shortly.
