Supreme Court Dismisses Plea for FIR Against Justice Yashwant Varma, Says First Approach President & PM

The Supreme Court has dismissed a petition seeking an FIR over unaccounted cash allegedly found at Justice Yashwant Varma after a fire incident.

The Court noted that an in-house inquiry report has already been submitted to the President and Prime Minister, and any representation should be made to them first.

Without access to the report's contents, the Court said it cannot take further action.
